I have been using white noise since I was a teenage insomniac. White noise and nature sounds were able to push away the rest of the world and allow me to concentrate on my own thoughts. To focus my intent. On this channel I will be sharing a wide range of videos designed to help you sleep; to help you study or focus, or as I learned recently, soothe a baby.

To that end I will be uploading two versions of every video. One regular and one with only a black screen. So that you can enjoy the benefits while keeping the room dark. Also there will be NO ADS in the middle of my vids!
