Hello, My name is Michael Nielsen. My Wife Kate & I created Outdoor Therapy as a passion project — to help you relax, unwind and sleep better. Outdoor Therapy (also called Nature Therapy, Forest Therapy, Ecotherapy, and Forest Bathing / Shinrin-yoku (森林浴) originated in Japan in the 1980's and is known to be very beneficial for Mental Health.
My many years of Videography and Photography experience combined with my Wife's 20 years in the Mental Health field as a Therapist make this channel a kind of natural culmination of our combined interests and expertise.

Lovely community I hope you can relax to the distant thunder and rain sounds as a cozy sleep guidance on your device. I combined several audio recordings that I made this year in Italy, close to the comer lake, that is located in the northern part of the country. I was drove up the surrounding hills and it was pretty hard because of the heavy thunderstorm that happened right, when we arrived.
For the animation part I created a 3D tree model that turned out a little bit abstract, but I hope you still like it. I can tell there was a lot of work involved, although you probably can't see the difference to the other animation I made here on the channel.
