Смогут ли два человека предотвратить неминуемую катастрофу и спасти планету от падения станции? Спасательная экспедиция превращается в опасное испытание. На орбите разворачивается настоящий космический детектив. Фильм основан на реальных событиях: полет к станции «Салют-7» в 1985 году считается самым сложным полетом в истории космонавтики.
