Its the sound that reverberates in the entire cosmos and in every cell of our body, and 417Hz is amazingly beautiful frequency that acts as a cleansing agent for our body, removing negativity, negative blocks and toxicity from our body and mind.
And when we combine both of these — it gives rise to an astoundingly powerful effect, of removing all the negative emotions and let the positivity of OM takes it place. It becomes a powerful meditation tool.
We recommend that you use this for atleast 30 mins a day, and meditate along with it. You may chant OM along with the track or simply let it play in the background as you meditate and focus on your breathing in and out. Simple but a very effective technique.

Рыбалка на поплавок — ловля лещей и линей на удочку в заросшем заливе дикого сельского пруда!!! Обычная удочка, поплавок перо, глубина сантиметров 70 в камышах. Неожиданно трофейная рыбалка на удочку. ЭТО НЕ ПЛАТНИК! Я ПОДОБНЫМИ УСЛУГАМИ НЕ ПОЛЬЗУЮСЬ. И размер радует, не мелочь. Одна из тех рыбалок, которые я буду вспоминать всю жизнь. Заодно побил анти-рекорд по поимке черепах на удочку — до этого было 8, а в этот раз поймал 9.
РЫБАЛКА С НОЧЁВКОЙ. Но Серёга еще не знал какой его ждет сюрприз на рыбалке.
Рыбалка началась с того, что ещё не успели мы собраться, пошел сильный дождь. Переждали и помчались на рыбалку, по пути на обочине увидели маленького кутёнка, он спрятался в норе под мостиком. Недалеко бегали собаки, наверное одна из них кормила его еще. Решили на обратном пути забрать кутеночка домой. А вот рыба клевать сначала отказывалась, мы решили, что это из-за моих рыбных котлет, которые я взяла с собой на рыбалку. Но позднее клёв все-же начался и мы подловили карасей. А вечером варили уху и жарили рыбу, и готовились ко второму дню рыбалки. Часть первая. #рыбалка
