Для начинки:
500-600г говядины (желательно жирной)
2 крупные луковицы
2 зубчика чеснока
1,5 ч. л. соли
1-4 ч. л. чёрного перца (желательно грубого посола) в зависимости от желаемой пикантности
1 ч. л. сладкой паприки
1 ст. л растительного масла по желанию
0,5 л растительного масла для жарки
