Something a little different. I enjoy all things haunted and spooky and have put together this video, which as well as having a fully relaxing wind soundtrack also immerses the viewer in an old creepy bedroom, where things are not quite what they seem… keep watching and ENJOY!

A bit about me. I suffer from anxiety, depression and tinnitus I find getting and staying asleep can be the hardest and most emotional part of the day. I have made a series of videos for different elements of life to enable long refreshing sleep, relaxing quiet time, mediation and study.

The Media you consume effects your overall Mental Health… Your Brain doesn't know the difference between watching something on a screen and living through the actual experience. In Today's World, we're constantly bombarded by programs that cause high levels of anxiety, trauma and stress.
