Railway line Belgrade — Bar rises from the sea level to an altitude of 1032 m.
The lowest point of the railway line is 3m altitude and it is located in the Port of Bar. The railway then slowly climbs to the Sozina tunnel. The Sozina tunnel, 6171m long, is the longest tunnel on the Belgrade — Bar line. After passing through the mountain Rumija the railway line meanders through the valley of Lake Skadar. Until the city Podgorica railway line is located in the plain.
After the city of Podgorica the line becomes much more interesting. There is a canyon of the river Morača. The line runs through a multitude of tunnels and galleries, across many bridges and continuously climbs towards Kolasin.
To overcome the high altitude difference at a short distance, a serpentine was made in the canyon of Mala Rijeka river. On that part the line crossing over the highest railway bridge in Europe. Mala Rijeka bridge has a height of 200m from river to track.
On one part of the railway there is a tunnel Trebesica with a bridge built in it. During the digging of the tunnel mountain cleavages have encountered. This part of track had to be bridged.
After Trebesica tunnel there is a continental climate and a different flora and fauna. The line highest point is located in the tunnel, near Kolašin. After Kolašin the line descends towards Bijelo Polje.
The whole Belgrade — Bar railway line has 254 tunnels and 234 bridges. There are 102 tunnels and 96 bridges in Montenegro.

COSA SONO I RUMORI BIANCHI
Senza scendere troppo in dettagli tecnici, i suoni sono composti in generale da un'ampia gamma di frequenze: dalle più alte alle più basse, ciascuna di queste lo rende più o meno gradevole al nostro orecchio. Che cosa sono i rumori bianchi? Si tratta di suoni che vengono riprodotti sfruttando tutte le possibili frequenze udibili. Vengono chiamati bianchi perché questo colore rappresenta, sullo spettro visivo, l'unione di tutte le possibili frequenze visibili. Insomma, se fosse un colore il nostro occhio lo vedrebbe bianco!
PERCHÉ I RUMORI BIANCHI HANNO PROPRIETÀ RILASSANTI
Soprattutto nelle grandi città, le nostre orecchie trovano raramente un momento di riposo: tra traffico, voci e suoni vari, non c'è davvero mai un attimo di silenzio. In queste condizioni, soprattutto chi non è abituato, può avere difficoltà a concentrarsi o ad addormentarsi, continuamente distratto dai rumori esterni.
I rumori bianchi hanno la caratteristica di occupare tutte le frequenze udibili in maniera costante, senza picchi o sbalzi improvvisi. Proprio per questa ragione vanno a coprire tutte le altre sorgenti acustiche, che siano il traffico o semplicemente le urla di un vicino troppo rumoroso. Il significato di tutto ciò è che queste onde sonore riescono ad eliminare ogni rumore, che possa in qualche modo distrarci o turbare il nostro sonno.
Il funzionamento della nostra mente è di prestare poca attenzione infatti a ciò che è monotono e ripetitivo, mentre ha come un sussulto per i rumori improvvisi o irregolari. Quante volte ci è capitato di sobbalzare sorpresi da un suono o da un rumore improvviso? Un vetro rotto, il clacson di un'automobile o le grida improvvisa di un bambino… I suoni bianchi vanno a coprire tutti i rumori esterni e, essendo estremamente regolari, dopo poco tempo quasi vengono dimenticati dal cervello. E' come se passassero in secondo piano, quasi come se fossero ignorati, permettendoci così di rilassarci o di concentrarci meglio.
I RUMORI BIANCHI PER DORMIRE
Grazie a queste proprietà rilassanti, sono spesso utilizzati i rumori bianchi per i neonati. E' un valido aiuto per farli addormentarsi se le fonti di rumore esterno sono particolarmente fastidiose. Dormire bene è importante per ogni di noi, ma è fondamentale soprattutto per i bambini piccoli. Nei primi mesi di vita si vanno a formare e a consolidare molte zone del cervello e del corpo. Ecco perché viene consigliato a molte mamme di far addormentare i neonati con una musica rilassante, meglio se di tipo naturale, così da conciliare il sonno anche del bambino.
I rumori bianchi possono essere usati per combattere i problemi di insonnia, sia per dormire meglio di notte o anche semplicemente per il riposino pomeridiano. Si tratta di un metodo naturale ancora meno invasivo della melatonina, che è pur sempre un integratore che va ad alterare i nostri equilibri chimici.
QUALI SONO I RUMORI BIANCHI
Questo tipo di suono bianco può essere trovato anche in natura. Si tratta di rumori costanti e non ben definiti, per cui può essere il suono dell'acqua di un torrente, quello della pioggia, delle onde del mare o semplicemente del vento tra le foglie degli alberi. In realtà possono essere considerati rumore bianco anche il suono emesso da un ventilatore, da una lavatrice, da un asciugacapelli… insomma qualsiasi cosa che sia costante e copra tutte le frequenze, così da eliminare i rumori esterni.
