PAINTED Box Fan Sounds For Sleep 10 Hours of FAN NOISE
Can't sleep? Insomnia? Restlessness? Try my custom painted shimmering box fans as they glow beneath black lights while making box fan white noise. Wow, this was a really fun video to set up and create for you. I was having trouble sleeping one night so I started thinking, what would be cool to fall asleep too? And wham, it hit me. Paint some box fans with black light paint so they would create an awesome relaxing visual as they spun. Well it worked! Subscribe for more greatness: www.youtube.com/randallsrestrelaxation?sub_confirmation=1
To get started I pulled apart two of my favorite box fans, to gain access to the interior. Then my lovely assistant and I custom painted them with warm and cool colors in a specific pattern so that while they were spinning they would create a pulsing, relaxing goodness never seen before in any other sleep sound video! It took several coats of the special neon black light paint on the fans for full coverage. Once the box fans are turned on they produce an excellent multi-spacial glowing pattern that is formed from the seeming interference cohesion produced as the fans turn. I fell asleep while watching their magical goodness! Did you? Comment below and let me know.
Each of my videos are specifically designed to be sonicly optimized with headphones on. By listening in this manner you'll pick up the deeper relaxing tones, that wouldn't be heard otherwise. That being said, I still carefully create my relaxation soundscapes to sound great on any listening device. We release 10 hour long relaxing videos every Sunday evening. Please take a moment to tune in and comment if you have any great suggestions what we could create next. I reply to each and every comment on my channel as I appreciate the subscribers that have helped create this collective artwork. This channel wouldn't be possible without you, the viewer! Thank you for being part of this co-creation.
Here is a short equipment list that we use to create all of these relaxing sleep videos which includes, but is not limited too the following. Go Pro's,
Nikon 7500, A Mavic Pro Drone, a trusty Tascam DR-40 for most of the audio recordings in mp3 format at 320 kbps, a range of microphones including a Sure 57 for that nice low end sound. For production of both video and audio I exclusively use Adobe Premiere Pro. If you have any questions about how I recorded something, just send me a message and i will reply.

Here are some of my most popular video creations:
Fractal Fan Sounds + 432 Hz Sleep Sounds = Miracle Fan Sleep
Sleep well these fractal fan sounds combined with a 432 hertz frequency for high quality sleep sounds, with an awesome relaxing digital animation. This weeks video was especially exciting to create as I'm venturing into uncharted territory with this production. Please provide me with some feedback, so I can better decide if I should produce additional works like this. A big shout out to Robert who produced the fractal animation for this video. Check him out on Instagram here: www.instagram.com/rbrthrsk
I picked up this vintage, all metal Dominion box fan from the 1950's, at an antique shop. The all metal construction, and large high quality motor produce a completely different type of fan sound than the modern plastic fans of today. This tone is much deeper, with a more harmonious feel to it. A took a few naps myself listening to the fan while it was in the recording studio.
At the start of the video you can see we sound a 432 hertz tuning fork, which I recorded and looped in the background. 432 hertz is known as the sleep frequency or earth frequency and is known to be very relaxing. A quick google search will show you additional information about 432 hz. If you listen with headphones you can hear how the 432 hertz tuning fork and the motor sounds of the fan noise itself, are very similar and create a natural harmonic resonance.
This fractal fan sound video combined with 432 hertz sleep sounds and an awesome digital animation is a home run. It provides you with a multiple relaxing audible tones, and an extremely relaxing blue animation. Blue is known to be the most relaxing color. I hope you all sleep well to this one and wake up feeling refreshed.

The white noise of a fan can be a very sleep inducing and relaxing listening experience. I recorded this sound at home with my binaural microphone rig positioned in front of an old rattly pedestal fan. I edited the audio and video in Adobe Premiere. Fan white noise and other similar house sounds are great for masking unwanted external sounds, which makes them the perfect ally for study, sleep, stress relief and meditation.
Our combination of white noise, binaural beats and relaxing music is the fastest method of getting better sleep, more focused concentration and deeper relaxation. So if you want to know how to fall asleep faster or sleep better, our white noise video playlist is the answer! If you want to know how to study better and you're looking for the best study music, our white noise playlist is the answer!
White noise supplies all frequencies in the spectrum of human hearing, making it an incredibly effective tool for blocking surrounding sounds. The sound blocking quality of white noise is the key to better study and better sleep.
I'm CJ and I am an Australian YouTuber who makes White Noise, Relaxing Music, Meditation, Binaural Beats and ASMR videos.
