С момента открытия участка железной дороги между Агрызом и Ижевском в 1918 году по середину 2015 года между станциями Юски и Лудзя лежал звеньевой путь со стыками через каждые 25 метров. Проезжающие пассажиры могли наслаждаться ритмичным стуком колес во всем его великолепии. В ходе реконструкции участка звеньевой путь заменен бесстыковым и уложена железобетонная рельсошпальная решетка. Так, еще один участок \«настоящей\» железной дороги навсегда ушел в историю.
