The Resurrection Monastery or New Jerusalem Monastery is a large monastery of the Russian Orthodox Church in the Moscow region, Russia.
The Resurrection Monastery gave rise to the village of the same name, which grew into the city of Voskresensk (now known as Istra).
The monastery was founded in 1656 by Patriarch Nikon, according to whose plan the complex of the holy places of Palestine was to be recreated near Moscow.

Белый шум — это смесь звуков различных частот, которые воспроизводятся одновременно. Это стационарный шум, то есть он звучит монотонно, благодаря чему заглушает все остальные звуки.
Помогает новорожденному ребенку успокоиться. Если ребенок долго плачет, а мама не может успокоить его ни укачиваниями, ни грудью, не может никак отвлечь, то включение белого шума может помочь. Многие мамы рассказывают истории, как дети неожиданно успокаивались, когда они входили в ванную, где из крана бежала вода.
Ускоряет засыпание. Это подтвердили проведенные исследования, когда большинство новорожденных смогли заснуть под белый шум в течение пяти минут, в то время как в контрольной группе без использования шума за то же время уснули только 25 процентов младенцев.
Улучшает качество и глубину сна. При использовании белого шума новорожденный не просыпается каждые 20 минут, на что часто жалуются мамы. Решается проблема фрагментарности сна, он становится продолжительнее, малыш лучше высыпается.
Помогает замаскировать посторонние звуки. Это особенно знакомо мамам, у которых уже есть подросшие детки, мешающие своими играми уснуть младшему. Ремонт у соседей, громкие звуки с улицы или гости в соседней комнате – все это также не дает спокойно заснуть новорожденному. Включенный белый шум замаскирует эти звуки и поможет решить проблему.
Помогает отдохнуть и расслабиться маме. При более качественном сне с белым шумом, у мамы появляется больше времени для себя, чтобы сделать домашние дела или просто отдохнуть. Кроме того, и сама женщина, скорее всего, легче уснет под такой шум после трудного дня.
