Пять месяцев назад я родила дочку. Очень сильно устаю и злюсь из-за этого…
сначала срывала злобу на муже, на родителях…
все время себя жалела…
потом умер мой дедушка и все накалилось еще сильнее…
я постоянно гавкаю и ору на всех как бешенная собака…
а сейчас у папы инфаркт…
и я стала замечать, что уже даже на дочку срываюсь. Она кричит, а я кричу на нее в ответ…
а потом мне ужасно стыдно становися перед ней… и
я себя ненавижу…
я не знаю как выбраться из этого состояния…
