Недавно мы купили земельный участок для строительства нового дома. В этом видео я расскажу как мы выбирали участок, какие требования предъявляли к нему, покажу какой участок мы в итоге выбрали, и как приводили его в порядок.
Итак, определившись с критериями мы начали поиск участка и просмотрели очень много вариантов. Какие-то земельные участки были слишком городские шумные и стеснённые, некоторые были уединённые, но без школы рядом, какие-то очень напоминали нашу деревню, и менять одно на другое смысла не было. И вскоре мы всё же нашли участок, который устраивал нас по всем обозначенным пунктам. Ну, разве что рядом с ним нет реки, озера, моря и вида на горы. Здесь с участка вид на простой русский берёзово-осиновый лес. И он был куплен.
