Meditation for taking Responsibility vs finding Fault and Blame — I AM Responsible and Free



Responsibility is the foundation of transformation because it shifts the way we view ourselves from being victims to becoming creators. To understand how to take responsibility we have to look deeper into how the mind operates. The mind is always looking to find faults in others so as to get out of taking responsibility. As long as we find faults or blame outside situation or people we are essentially saying that it’s not my responsibility to fix the situation. However, there is no power in that behaviour.
According to ancient vedic teachings, once we bring awareness on the Self/Spirit we realize that there is no one else and that all blame is self blame. Once we get to that level of awareness we stop finding faults in others or ourselves and instead start to take full responsibility of our situation.
For example: It’s not your fault that you had a traumatized childhood because your father was alcoholic and abusive however once you become aware, it’s becomes your responsibility to figure out how to release all the traumas and get your life back on track.

When you bring light into the room the darkness cannot coexist, similarly finding faults in others or yourself and taking responsibility can’t coexist.

Before we go deeper into chakra let’s discuss what is Prana. Prana is the fuel running both Physical and Energy body. Prana is referred with different names in different cultures Chi, Ki, Life Force Energy, call it what you will, the living body, human or animal, radiates its warmth and energy. To balance these energies we use different practices ChiGong for Chi, Reiki for Ki and Pranayanama for Prana.

Its recognized that this energy in our system is looking for an expression. Also this energy gets expressed in different ways within different people depending on their Karma. Karmic memory essentially directs this energy in a positive or negative direction.
According to tantra our lifes are not measured in the number or years, months and day but in the number of breath we take. So we breath fast and shallow we die young and use up the prana faster. The key is to breath deep and slowly.
Prana can be compared to electricity. Just like electricity can express through a light bulb to bring light in the room, the same electricity can express through “Electric Chair” for death punishment. In other words the way this Prana is handled within the body is subject to the level of awareness the person is operating from.

In vedic system these levels are referred to as 7 Chakras or different levels of our awareness.

Here are the 7 chakras
Root chakra
Sacral chakra
Solar plexus chakra
Heart chakra
Throat chakra
Third eye
Crown chakra
Large amount of dormant energy called “kundalini” or serpent power is stored at the base of the root chakra and can be activated through chakra meditation.

There are many different forms of healing developed across different cultures to balance the energies. Here are the 5 ways to bring overall balance and harmony throughout all the chakras in the body.

Yoga: Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years as an effective tool to improve physical, mental and spiritual harmony. The world yoga is a sanskrit word and means Union of individual consciousness and cosmic consciousness. Find a local yoga studio and make it a habit.

2. Pranayama: Control of Prana or breathing. This breathing techniques can be combined with Yoga postures and locks (holding patterns) is called Kriya Yoga. An important and useful pranayama can be practiced is called Alternate nostril breathing. Please refer my Alternate nostril breathing video to go in detail. I will link in the description.

3. Mudras: Mudra means “Seal” Mudra is a body and finger posture. Mudras have been used for thousands of years in indian spiritual practices to seal the prana in the body. Mudras are integrated in classical indian dances. According to ayurveda most of the energy imbalances are a result of imbalances of the five body elements. Mudras achieves to bring equilibrium of the basic elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether by using fingers of our hands in a scientific manner. I will be doing a future video on the mudra.

4. Mantra Meditation: Various cultures promote meditation but the ultimate aim is to promote tranquil state of mind devoid of thoughts and connection to universal consciousness. Chakra meditation. Fundamental mantras associated with the first five chakras on every website you can Google actually do not belong to those chakras per se, but rather to the five Elements installed in them. Elements such as Earth, water, fire, air and ether

5. Aromatherapy: Aromatherapy is the modern way of using plant essential oils to promote physical and mental wellbeing. Used as a form of medicine throughout ages, essential oils are rhe most gentle gifts of nature to us and promote prana by balanceing the elements in the body. Essential oils work at different levels physical, physiological and psychological levels.

Hi my name is Abhi Duggal and welcome to my channel \«Meditate with Abhi\». Here are 5 Tips for Healthy Mind Body and Spirit.
1. Eat mindfully. (Body)
Connect with your food. Back in the day people used to grow their own food and hence they had a relationship with food all they way from the land it grew in to the table. Now we buy our food from the grocery store and even worse online. Where we don't get to touch, feel and see the food before it ends up on our table. The fact that we don't have a relationship with this food, there is no sense of respect and as a result we scoff down our meal on autopilot while distracted by the television, computer or constant conversation. Not only do we miss out on the experience, we miss out on the texture, taste and smell of your food.
2. Observe your breathing. (Spirit)
Breath is not just incoming and outgoing air. It's also considered a primary source of Prana the life force energy for our existence. We can live days without food but barely minutes without Breath.
Consider Breath as a bridge connecting your Mind to your Body. When you pay attention to it, it takes you out of your mind (which is always in the past on how things should have been to future: how things should be) and into your body. Body that is never not Present. As long as you with the body you are tuned in with your senses. Your senses — touch, smell, taste, sound and sight — are your gateway into the present moment. When you are in the body you momentarily free yourself from your churning thoughts, worries and fears, and you remind yourself of who you really are!

3. Slow down your actions (Mind)
Slow down your urge to react. Pause before any action and slowly transition into it.

One day Buddha was giving a discourse and a mosquito sat on his forehead. He took his right hand and quickly squashed the mosquito. Later he kept repeating this action in slow motion. On witnessing this a disciple asked him if he has lost his mind.
To which Buddha says whenever I perform any action unconsciously i repeat is slowly to change my automatic reaction.

4. Listen wholeheartedly
Now you might wonder what has listening to do with your health. Consider that listening is part of expressing yourself. Expression is not just talking but also listening. Especially to maintain healthy relationships and hence create peace for your mind and Spirit.

5. Practice doing one thing at a time.
Think about when you first learnt how to walk. In the initial stages of learning we are so tuned with the act of learning that

Statistics tell us that 95 % of people really don’t know what their purpose is

The question is Why?
Even machines have purpose. The purpose of my car is to take me from point A to point B.

What if a human being is not designed to have a purpose?
What's your purpose? If you are not sure ...Stay until the end of the video and you might just answer that for yourself!

A very few people discover that purpose early. Others discover that purpose much later in life. Some pursue what they think is their purpose only to discover later that…. they were fulfilling other people’s purposes.
So even after you think you know your purpose ...what makes you 100 % sure…

Over the years there have been numerous books written on this particular topic of “Finding your life purpose”

Many people spend their whole life time finding their purpose which others spend their life in a state of dissatisfaction for not knowing one.

Let’s go back to the earlier analogy. Machines have purpose

The purpose of this saw is to cut through the wood. Now the question is “Who gave this machine it’s purpose?

It’s your intention to build something which gives machines a purpose…
Now in this example, the purpose of the knife is to cut vegetables. However, is it possible to use this knife and give it another purpose say hurt someone?
Yes!

If you are the one who assigned the machine their purpose then Who is going to assign you a purpose?

What if we say the Purpose of your life is nothing but what you give it!

So it really all comes down to YOU My friend?

Are you going to give your life a big or a small purpose… or just live your life without one

Here’s how the ancient vedic knowledge describes the purpose

The purpose of life is evolution. It is the singular purpose, and nothing else.

Over the years through my own self-introspection I have realized the most essential reason for our existence is for growth and evolution.
If you look into your past experiences you will notice situations and people who have entered your life all for one reason ...To facilitate your growth. All the challenges, situations to push you beyond your comfort zone. It’s easy to look back 5 — 10 years and it all makes sense (Hindsight is 20/20).
However, only a spiritually trained eye can make sense of this moment and know that it’s there for a reason! To figure out this reason is not important in this moment and it will show itself at the right time.

In the last video we talked about how the prana in a human being is constantly finding higher expressions. That's evolution!

Your purpose is to align yourself to this present moment because with misalignment comes the dissatisfaction.

Being true to life by being true to this moment.

There is only one step and that's the one in front of you now. If you

LIfe is what you make of it. You see what are your values, what you spend most of your time doing and create your purpose.

To experience!
Experience what?
Either you can experience the content of your mind ( that’s the past) or you can experience what is?

Here are the steps we will take to Create your Purpose
To conclude! Only you create your purpose

Its understandable when you say that you are trying to find you keys..But when you say you are trying to find your purpose emmmm first you have to question yourself have you created one? How can you possibly find something that doesn't exist!

If you dont take responsibility of creating a purpose for your life..you might end up picking up a purpose created for you by your parents, family or society.

So lets pick up and pen and a paper and close your eyes, take a deep breath and start imagining what you want for your life. Creation is best done in this moment ..this moment which is the field of all possibilities!
Start with what you know and refine it every day! More you journel more you get to know yourself better and the purpose becomes clearer and clear

So imagine big, trust you can! and believe in yourself…
