Привет друзья, сегодня у нас снова карась и рецепт жаренных карасей без костей, Хочу сказать что таким способом можно избавиться от мелких косточек в любой костлявой рыбе, но не крупной, а среднего и мелкого размера, весом до 1 кг!!! крупную костлявую рыбу лучше не шинковать,\«корбовать\» тут правильная шинковка рыбы не поможет, крупную рыбу не шинкуют это может быть опасным, косточки в крупной рыбе сазане скажем не сгорят в масле, шинкуем не крупную рыбу карася, лещей, или карпа для жарки присаливаем обмазываем майонезом и жарим и получается очень вкусная жареная костлявая рыба но без костей :)
