Захотелось мне в этот весенний день пособирать пирамидки из камней. Пришлось идти на море. А там так здорово, что ну просто нельзя было не поделиться этим с вами, друзья.
Вот и получились звуки волн, шум моря, не спокойного моря, шорох ракушек, которые намыли эти самые волны. и строительство пирамиды.
Может кому то это и надо. Но мне уж точно понравился такой отдых.

Furthermore, the results also suggested that an auditory stimulus can be used to modulate sleep stage without disturbing sleep, which is in agreement with some studies on auditory pathways and sleep.\»

During the deep stages of NREM sleep (N3), the body repairs and regrows tissues, builds bone and muscle, and strengthens the immune system.
As you get older, you sleep more lightly and get less deep sleep. Aging is also linked to shorter time spans of sleep, although studies show you still need as much sleep as when you were younger.

During deep sleep, a variety of functions take place in the mind and body:
-memories are consolidated
-learning and emotions process
-physical recovery occurs
-blood sugar levels and metabolism balance out
-the immune system is energized
-the brain detoxifies

Without deep sleep, these functions cannot take place and the symptoms of sleep deprivation kick in.
On the other hand, there doesn’t seem to be any such thing as too much deep sleep
