Strong Wind Blowing Through Trees (Natural White Noise/Relaxing Sound for Sleeping)

Download/purchase here: gum.co/hZkRSi (video and audio only versions!)
Recorded from a roof terrace with a high quality stereo field recorder. You can hear strong gusts of wind blowing through the leaves and branches of the trees. Occasionally you'll hear the wind swirling around the bars of the fence of the roof terrace making a more howling wind sound.

Wind/storm sounds are a very good source of natural white (whitish;)) noise to calm you down or make you feel safe. It somehow does sound very similar to the sound of a waterfall.

These sound can help you if you suffer from:

— Anxiety
— Insomnia
— Tinnitus (masking sound)
— Disturbing background noise (masking sound)
— Trouble focusing

We hope these sounds serve you well and let's us know what you think or if you have any requests/suggestions. Enjoy!

There's nothing like the sounds and sights of nature to help with sleep, relaxation, and studying. It helps give you a break from negative thinking, and fosters a feeling of peace. Studies show that a mindfulness practice reduces overall stress, anxiety and depression.

The Media you consume effects your overall Mental Health… Your Brain doesn't know the difference between watching something on a screen and living through the actual experience. In Today's World, we're constantly bombarded by programs that cause high levels of anxiety, trauma and stress.

While watching this video, take some time to reflect. You might consider journaling, meditating, stretching, yoga, a gratitude practice or any artistic or creative endeavor. This video is best viewed at the end of your day to relax, at the beginning of your day to start with a feeling of well-being or any other time you might feel stressed.

For the best experience, we recommend listening at a low volume that doesn't interfere with conversation in a normal voice.

Distant Thunder and Rain - Dimmed Screen | Cozy Sleep Sounds - Thunderstorm Sounds

Distant Thunder and Rain — Dimmed Screen | Cozy Sleep Sounds — Thunderstorm Sounds

Lovely community I hope you can relax to the distant thunder and rain sounds as a cozy sleep guidance on your device. I combined several audio recordings that I made this year in Italy, close to the comer lake, that is located in the northern part of the country. I was drove up the surrounding hills and it was pretty hard because of the heavy thunderstorm that happened right, when we arrived.
For the animation part I created a 3D tree model that turned out a little bit abstract, but I hope you still like it. I can tell there was a lot of work involved, although you probably can't see the difference to the other animation I made here on the channel.
