30 min relaxing ocean waves — high quality sound — no music — HD video of a beautiful misty beach
Beautiful 30 minute video of ocean waves rolling into a misty beach surrounded by high cliffs. Enjoy the natural sounds of the ocean (no music) in high quality stereo. Let your stress melt away by spending a half hour soaking in the beauty and peace that only nature can provide.
I filmed this relaxing beach scene in The Cape of Good Hope section of Table Mountain National Park, South Africa. I love the fresh aquamarine color of the water and the soft light of the misty morning. The sounds of the waves and lapping water around the rocks was also perfect at this spot and should really help you to feel that you are right there with me.
Watching relaxing nature videos is a great way to unwind after a stressful day. Many people find that they are able to calm their minds by watching scenes like this which helps them focus without letting their cares and worries overwhelm them. Ocean wave scenes are especially popular and many find that they even help them overcome insomnia. Try watching an ocean wave scene like this one before bed time and you will see how the ocean sounds and washing movements lull you to sleep.
NB! — If you plan to fall asleep watching, make sure you don't leave the \«autoplay\» button enabled or you could wake up with a fright when the next video suggested by YouTube plays. *:(

How to Fall Asleep Fast in 2020 = Echoing Fan White Noise + Black Screen
2020 has been a wild ride. So here is an epic video on how to fall asleep fast in 2020 to an echoing fan white noise through a four foot long tube combined with a 95% black screen. This was a very fun video to set up and create for you. Thank you for all the comments on last weeks video, demanding that I record the vintage fan from that video, for this weeks relaxing sleep video. ✪ Subscribe for more greatness: www.youtube.com/randallsrestrelaxation?sub_confirmation=1
Here is my best video release of all time from last week, that inspired this weeks video.
Dry Ice + Fan Sounds for Sleep:► youtu.be/JTkF8AOrjXM
This sleep video was a fun, simple set up. We put a vintage Westinghouse fan on one side of the room. Then we put 4 feet of concrete form tubing in front of fan. Of course we set all this up next to the bed so I lay down and go to sleep just below the tube where all the wind and echoing fan sound was coming out of. What and epic relaxing experience! At the 10 minute mark the screen goes 95% dark, but if you look closely you can still see the fan spinning slowly in the background.
Each of my videos are specifically designed to be sonicly optimized with headphones on. By listening in this manner you'll pick up the deeper relaxing tones, that wouldn't be heard otherwise. That being said, I still carefully create my relaxation soundscapes to sound great on any listening device. We release 10 hour long relaxing videos every Sunday evening. Please take a moment to tune in and comment if you have any great suggestions what we could create next. I reply to each and every comment on my channel as I appreciate the subscribers that have helped create this collective artwork. This channel wouldn't be possible without you, the viewer! Thank you for being part of this co-creation.
Here is a short equipment list that we use to create all of these relaxing sleep videos which includes, but is not limited too the following. Go Pro's, A Nikon 7500, A Mavic Pro Drone, a trusty Tascam DR-40 for most of the audio recordings in mp3 format at 320 kbps, a range of microphones including a Sure 57 for that nice low end sound. For production of both video and audio I exclusively use Adobe Premiere Pro. If you have any questions about how I recorded something, just send me a message and i will reply.
