Мантра для снятия боли и страданий | Асатома Садгамайя Целительная мантра для здоровья Успокаивающая мантра для достижения свободы от боли и травм (Асатома Садгамайя) Вы слушаете успокаивающее пение Асатомы Садгамайи, мантры, которая дает огромную силу и осознание сознанию, освобождая его от переживания боли, страдание или отчаяние. Мантра — это мирное перенаправление ума к внутреннему состоянию мудрости, мира и пределов.

Асато Ма Садгамайя — это мантра мира (Шанти Мантра). Это взято из Брихадараньяка Упанишад. Он используется как молитва во время духовных / религиозных собраний. Считается, что чтение этих стихов приносит мир. Значение: привести нас от нереальности преходящего существования к реальности вечного я. Веди нас от тьмы невежества к свету духовного знания. Веди нас от страха смерти к познанию бессмертия.

Это истинная молитва — признание искателем своего чувства ограниченности и его сердечный крик о помощи в преодолении. Это не молитва о вещах мира. Это не молитва о еде, крове, здоровье, партнерстве, богатстве, успехе, славе, славе или даже о рае.

Тот, кто читает эти три мантры, понял, что такие вещи полны дыр, пропитаны болью и, даже в изобилии, навсегда оставят его желать. Именно в этом полном понимании человек обращается к этой молитве. Суть каждой из этих трех мантр одна и та же: «О, Гуру, помоги мне освободиться от моих разных недоразумений относительно себя, вселенной и Бога и благослови меня истинным знанием».

Именно в этом духе люди во всем мире регулярно повторяют эти мантры и в которых они повторяют два раза в день в ашрамах Аммы — как в конце утренних арканов, так и после вечерних арати.

Первая строка — асато ма садгамайя — означает: «Веди меня от асата к сат». На самом деле, лучше не переводить сат (или его отрицательный аналог асат), поскольку, как и во многих санскритских словах, сат имеет много значений. и не только большинство из них применимо здесь, их преднамеренный комбинированный импорт обеспечивает глубину, которую никто из них не может удержать независимо. Эти совместимые значения включают в себя: существование, реальность и истина. (Совместно применимые значения асат: небытие, нереальность и неправда.)
