This week let's enjoy some more relaxing hard rain pouring off a roof with no thunder. Awesome heavy rainfall running off the roof and splashing on the ground. No, I still don't have gutters installed. It's taking them a while, so in the mean time we get to enjoy the relaxing hard rain water flow right off the edge of the roof. Hopefully you will fast asleep fast too. This heavy rain video was recorded on a day with no thunder. Sleep rain sounds are not just good for falling asleep fast, but for staying asleep all night. It's a great way to drown out stray ambient noises that would might wake you up. Nature sounds are the best kind of white noise sleep hack you can find. Give hard rain (lluvia) a try tonight!

В сентябре 2016 года в центральной части Пскова при проведении строительных работ был найден уникальный клад: шесть объёмных жестяных банок, доверху набитых сокровищами. Монеты, ордена, украшения, антиквариат… Более 5000 предметов! По оценкам экспертов, стоимостью в миллионы рублей, а с исторической точки зрения – и вовсе бесценных.

Ко Дню Северного флота России «Часовой» подготовил спецпроект о нелегкой службе подводников-североморцев. Съемочная группа отправляется в путешествие на глубину на борту атомного исполина — ракетного подводного крейсера стратегического назначения «Карелия».

На несколько дней ведущему Алексею Рафаенко предстоит погрузиться в быт моряков-подводников, рассказать, как они живут в автономном плавании, познакомиться с устройством атомного крейсера. Но, прежде чем попасть на борт АПЛ, создателям проекта придется пройти «огонь», «воду» и медные трубы торпедного аппарата. А также научиться пользоваться различным спасательным снаряжением и пройти легководолазную подготовку в учебно-тренировочном комплексе Северного флота.

В выпуске принимают участие:- Виктор Петров, командир РПКСН К-18 «Карелия»;- Владимир Карев, старший помощник РПКСН К-117 «Брянск».

How to Fall Asleep Fast in 2020 = Echoing Fan White Noise + Black Screen



2020 has been a wild ride. So here is an epic video on how to fall asleep fast in 2020 to an echoing fan white noise through a four foot long tube combined with a 95% black screen. This was a very fun video to set up and create for you. This sleep video was a fun, simple set up. We put a vintage Westinghouse fan on one side of the room. Then we put 4 feet of concrete form tubing in front of fan. Of course we set all this up next to the bed so I lay down and go to sleep just below the tube where all the wind and echoing fan sound was coming out of. What and epic relaxing experience! At the 10 minute mark the screen goes 95% dark, but if you look closely you can still see the fan spinning slowly in the background.

Each of my videos are specifically designed to be sonicly optimized with headphones on. By listening in this manner you'll pick up the deeper relaxing tones, that wouldn't be heard otherwise. That being said, I still carefully create my relaxation soundscapes to sound great on any listening device. We release 10 hour long relaxing videos every Sunday evening. Here is a short equipment list that we use to create all of these relaxing sleep videos which includes, but is not limited too the following. Go Pro's, A Nikon 7500, A Mavic Pro Drone, a trusty Tascam DR-40 for most of the audio recordings in mp3 format at 320 kbps, a range of microphones including a Sure 57 for that nice low end sound.
