How many times have you gotten excited about a new promising workout, a new habit, a new routine only to find out that it doesn't work for you.
It’s not true that it doesn’t work for you but you don't allow enough time and consistency to create a new supporting habit for completing that goal.

Humans are inherently wired with rewards at the end of the accomplishment. If there is no reward we might not even feel like trying the next time.

Let’s Create a new way of thinking about love and affirmation.
Repeat this to yourself daily.
I let go of the need to control my partner and experience my own freedom.
3. Love vs business:
Don't bring your business mindset into your love relationship. As a matter of fact don't bring your mind at all into your love.

2. Treat others the way they want to be treated but we are told to treat others how we want to be treated.

Spend time observing what they like.
The problem is, when we get to know someone well, we start predicting what they’ll do. We start making assumptions. We stop being curious. You might want to ask them what they like in bed. ask your partner if there’s anything else they’d like to try, they might be happy to experiment with something new.
Most importantly Find out their love languages. If you haven’t read the book The 5 Love Languages: The Secret to Love that Lasts. Go buy a copy on amazon and it will change the way you look at your partner. I will leave the link for amazon in the description.

1. Love yourself: And i mean not literally.
This one might come to you as a no brainer but how many of us really love ourselves. We are conditioned to love the neighbors but a person who doesn’t love themselves how can they love their neighbors. And ironically your neighbor also is conditioned to love they neighbors.

2. Who do you have to be to create a self fulling Intention

You must have heard that when you create an intention it automatically re arranges your energies to attract the correct situations, circumstances and relationships in our life necessary to fulfiLl those intentions.
Then why is it that some people’s intention come true quickly while others seem to struggle to get what they want.

The answer comes is simple however it may take a lifetime to master. It’s your EGO….

Let’s understand this better

How can you take the ego out of your intention? Isn’t your ego responsible in the first place behind you having your intention?

In this video we would like to offer a different perspective which might trigger you to see things differently.

The effectiveness of the intention depends on the level of your awareness.
Where are you creating the intention from?

Let’s see how your ego can interfere with the fulfillment of your intention.
When you are operating at the level of your Ego or your Solar Plexus level you only see the world from your perspective and hence unaware of all the other perspectives.

Let’s say your intention is to build a cabin in the middle of the woods. In order to build this house you intend to clear the trees from the area in the woods where a family of deer, birds, insects, rodents previously live. Intention of the animals and the birds is to keep the trees so they can keep living there. However because you are operating at the level of ego you don't necessarily see from their perspective which energetically creates disharmony with the world around you. This energetic disharmony keeps your desires and intentions from getting fulfilled and even if you are successful in building a house you will feel disconnected and dissatisfied.
However, when you are operating at the higher level of awareness i.e you have risen above your individual EGO, your intention will automatically consider the fulfillment of everyone's intention and hence creating this energetic harmony with the world around you.
An example from my life that comes to my mind is that My guru house in India was built around the tree which existed on the land before the house.

Higher is the level of your awareness, easier the fulfillment of your intention becomes. Ultimately you want what’s good for everyone. You intention aligns with the universal intention and is fulfilled instantly and effortlessly.

When the level of your awareness rises beyond your Ego identity the universe starts using your intention to fulfill its own desires.

Let’s come back to this at the end of the video to reflect if your intentions are aligned with the universal intentions. For now lets get to the 2nd part on how to create.

Focusing on traumas of the past doesn't get rid of the past but creates more of that IN this moment.
The body doesn’t know that the difference between the actual event or the mere remembrance of one. Moreover, it doesn't change what happens in the past. Where is the point of power in your timeline?

The best way to focus on intentions is to “Write them Down”. Although it might seem like an obvious step, it’s a step that many people ignore. As a result their intentions remain unfocused and therefore unrealized. Write down what you want in all areas of your life. Be as specific as possible.

HOW TO REINVENT YOURSELF!!! | IN 2020! I 5 habits of successful people I Intention setting in 2020

Do you create intentions or set goals? and did you take time to create your Intentions for 2020.
Or maybe you have set intentions in the past only to find yourself disappointed or you never make resolutions because you don't keep them anyways. Whatever the case might be
Over the course of the next 10 minutes I am going to teach you 5 habits which are going to help you put your intentions into action and Here are the benefits that you are going to receive and how to get out of a rut,
This will rewire your brain, create lasting change in your life, shift your mindset and more so add healthy habits into your life.

So i wanna really encourage you to grab a pen and a paper and write down your Intention for 2020. Let’s go on this journey together as i am also going to follow these five intentions myself and keep you guys updated on my journey.

On the same paper under this intention write these 5 habits down as it will really help create a strong foundation to fuel your intention.

5. Write this affirmation down “ My life keeps getting better with each passing moment” Write this down on your bedroom wall in front of you and read it first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

4. Waking up earlier: Two most important times of your day. When you go to sleep and when you wake up. I can’t emphasise the importance of waking up early and how prioritising early sleep habits can set you up for success every day. If you want to know more about the art of walking up, please refer to my earlier video and I will link it in the description.
From vedic perspective early time of the morning is called Amrit Vela literally means “the time of nectar”. Now if you are wondering, here are some of the benefits of sleeping early

You must have heard that our bodies have an internal clock called circadian rhythm.
These circadian rhythms control a huge variety of biological processes, such as sleep- wake cycle, body temperature,blood pressure, hormone secretion, glucose homeostasis, and cell-cycle regulation. What does that mean?
Simply put the quality of your sleep at 10 pm is far better than 10 am. So sleep earlier and be aligned with nature.

3. Excellence: Bringing your excellence into one task in front of you.

2. Create your mastermind: A group of people you discuss and bounce ideas with. Now this could be for your business or your personal life. Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.

The purpose of this discussion is explore the relationship between meditation and happiness and to bust the myth that meditation is boring and make it simple, fun and accessible to everyone. We will also explore the question \«can meditation lead to happiness\». At the end of the video I invite you to experience this 5 minute :Mantra so hum: meditation which can potentially change the way you understand meditation. I am not even going to list the benefits of meditation as I want you to experience first hand for yourself.

I want you to pause for a moment and think about why you do what you do. Whatever is it ..that you are busy doing with your life. Making money, Pursuing a relationship, getting a better job, house, car, moving up in the world, eating healthy, socializing and the list goes on. I REALLY WANT YOU TO PAUSE A THINK ABOUT IT… I say the motivation behind 99.9 % of the things we do is to find “Happiness” for ourselves and let know in the comments below if you have a different motivation. See if you are currently struggling with money, then Money becomes the obstacle to your happiness AND if you happen to struggle with your relationship then relationship becomes an obstacle to your happiness.
In other words “Happiness” is the reward we get for overcoming our challenges.
Now let me ask you this, what's inherently wrong with this model?

I am sure you will agree that different phases of our lives bring different challenges. And there is no given time in our lives when we don’t have challenges. Now if the happiness is derived by overcoming challenges then its temporary and will last only until you are faced with a new challenge. With our modern lifestyle, we are always in the pursuit of new challenges and hence always seeking happiness. And once we get tired of unsuccessfully trying to find happiness from a new car, house, job, partner, social status we turn towards meditation, thinking meditation is the answer.

So without any further ado let’s explore this simple yet engaging meditation technique. Simply follow along. Find a place where you are not going to be disturbed for 5 mins, sit still with your spine straight. Close your eyes and look in the space between your eyebrows.
Bring all your awareness on the breath. We will breathe 11 times with each exhale count backwards. Inhale and say 11 silently on exhale. Breath in and 10 exhale continue until you get to 0.

Bring awareness to the sounds around you, anything you can hear. Observe the outside sounds interacting with your eardrums sound of AC, People talking atc. Having no need to change anything. Simply observe.

Now slowly bring awareness to the subtle sound of your breath. Imagine breathing in and out with a straw in your throat. Just observe for 5 breaths. Observe any other sounds within your body.
