HOW TO REINVENT YOURSELF!!! | IN 2020! I 5 habits of successful people I Intention setting in 2020

Do you create intentions or set goals? and did you take time to create your Intentions for 2020.
Or maybe you have set intentions in the past only to find yourself disappointed or you never make resolutions because you don't keep them anyways. Whatever the case might be
Over the course of the next 10 minutes I am going to teach you 5 habits which are going to help you put your intentions into action and Here are the benefits that you are going to receive and how to get out of a rut,
This will rewire your brain, create lasting change in your life, shift your mindset and more so add healthy habits into your life.

So i wanna really encourage you to grab a pen and a paper and write down your Intention for 2020. Let’s go on this journey together as i am also going to follow these five intentions myself and keep you guys updated on my journey.

On the same paper under this intention write these 5 habits down as it will really help create a strong foundation to fuel your intention.

5. Write this affirmation down “ My life keeps getting better with each passing moment” Write this down on your bedroom wall in front of you and read it first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

4. Waking up earlier: Two most important times of your day. When you go to sleep and when you wake up. I can’t emphasise the importance of waking up early and how prioritising early sleep habits can set you up for success every day. You must have heard that our bodies have an internal clock called circadian rhythm.
These circadian rhythms control a huge variety of biological processes, such as sleep- wake cycle, body temperature,blood pressure, hormone secretion, glucose homeostasis, and cell-cycle regulation. What does that mean?
Simply put the quality of your sleep at 10 pm is far better than 10 am. So sleep earlier and be aligned with nature.
